Larry, my computer may have lied to me. INTC was expecting .90 and reported .98. Still down from a year ago. At 4:30 eastern, INTC is up
one point, trading at 78.
Would expect this to raise the NAS tomorrow, but anything can happen.
The reason I bought MU puts at the close, was:
1. Computer giving me a sell signal on INTC
2. Close to a sell signal for MU.
3. Possible correction to last 2 day run up on MU.
4. Looking for MU to move toward the 30 strike price for Friday.

TO ALL--

first, hello earlie, larry, skeeter, william and everyone else. havent been in in a while and thought i would say hello. also, i need some help.

what was the consensus estimate for MU Q2 97? i seem to remember that they beat, but the number someone recently threw at me was much lower than i remember. i am trying to show this person that wall st. does reward companies that beat estimates, even if they have to incorporate non-recurring gains.

and by the way....why is MU above 30? SKEETER, damnit....get to work. MU should be heading into the teens by now.

good luck to all,
trey
