Justice Neil Gorsuch, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, joined the court's more liberal justices to cast the deciding vote.

That is correct. Do you have a problem with that or a point to make? What volunteer work do you do for SI management? Do you offer to burn flags for them?

He wrote a separate opinion said the law was too vague and gave the gov too much leeway, good conservative. Scalia did the same thing in other cases. no biggy he just told congress to write a better Law. un like those liberal lemmings on the court god are they worthless
