Wayne, these are the questions from today's postings:

(1) Were any provisions put in place in the Reg S offering that would prevent "the offshore investors" from selling short now and locking in profits. $500,000 equates to a lot of shares (~25MM). 41 days before Reg S shares can be sold is not very long...What is CVIA doing NOW to prevent any shorting and raise money to buy back those Reg S shares (again within the next 41 days)?

(2) Assets of WOTD:
- Their Operational facilities - does that mean office space, phones, faxes and a secretary?
- WOTD will provide "Acquisition procurement" - please elaborate

(3) *Submitted by a non-member via Website:* "Will my CVIA shares automatically be turned into WOTD shares? I've never been involved in anything like this before. Any answers you can give me will be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!"

Can someone give a good answer to the last question? Thanks.

Let me know if I missed anything..

I'll later post them on the Webpage pages.cthome.net

Regards,

Milk
