Trump wants NATO to spend 2% of GDP on defense. We're close to 4%, so that's one area where we can cut way back.

It's too late for spending cuts. We have $21 trillion of unpaid bills called the debt. All the spending cuts in the world won't undo that level of insanity. Grow up.
