They did most of the killing of Germans, and an even bigger percentage of the dying in Europe, but without the other countries they might not have won. Aid from those countries was important (only a modest portion of things like tanks, but every bit helps, a much larger portion of the trucks, and logistics, while it often doesn't get as much attention, is crucial), they also reduced the amount of forces that were available for fighting the Soviets. The aircraft lost in the Battle of Britain for example would have been very useful in Barbarossa, as would everything that was sent to Africa as would all of the aircraft used to defend against the bombing campaigns. And if it wasn't for the British effort assisting the Greeks against the Italian (or for that matter the Greeks reistance themselves before the British intervened, if your saying it was all the USSR that has to count too) then the Germans would have been able to attack Russia earlier and quite possibly at least surrounded Moscow (possibly taken it but stubbornly defended cities can be a tough nut to crack as Stalingrad and Leningrad showed). Its not just losses (which were after all greater on the Eastern Front) but resources that could have been used in the East that were put to other purposes, ships (which other than UBoats had limited success in the West, but which used a lot of resources), interceptors and anti-aircraft guns used against the bombing campaigns, and of course the disruption caused by the bombing campaigns also impacted production. (Yes production kept going up until late in the war but that doesn't mean the bombing campaign didn't' negatively impact it.) Yes some in the US or other countries that were part of the Western front don't fully appreciate the Soviet effort. They killed and died the most for the war, their part was vital (killing more than dieing - “No dumb bastard ever won a war by going out and dying for his country. He won it by making some other dumb bastard die for his country.” - Patton). But while they can legitimately claim the biggest part in the victory its a bit much to put it all on them and simply say "The Soviets won WWII" full stop.
