Alexander Wescott is not selling all their stock. I have an account
with them and have spoken with them about it. I am one of the people
who has sold some stock... not because I don't believe in the company
but because I had 90% of my investment group's portfolio in FAMH.
Rather than let our assets erode as people get bored with a stock
or start to panic for whatever reason, I felt like I needed to lower
the percentage to something a little more sane. There is a time when
it seems like a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket and
there is a time to put them back into several.

I still believe in this company for the long term, I just am not
convinced that the short term, ie: next couple of weeks, is going
to be as strong as other options. I am a trader, not an investor.
What the guy probably heard about was the stock that AW was trying to
unload for me... and they took a long time doing it because none of
us want to hurt the stock. We also took a bit of a loss from doing it
that way. Anyway, I DO still own stock in FAMH. I have a bunch of
friends who have bought it for the long term and I've told them if
they want to invest in something they can come back to in a year or two
and find it much better than now that I think this is a good bet.

The only reason I bothered to say all of this -- which is frankly
none of anyone's business -- is because I wanted to point out that
just because people sell some stock it doesn't mean they have lost
faith in the company.

Freddie,

No reason other than they thought it was going to take too
long for the stock to prove itself. Also , I spoke to another
MM ( cannot remember the source, but it is the one that previously
had been reported as shorting the stock) at the moment just before
the stock took it's rise to over .40 and he told me that the trader
that was holding the stock down was now on the side. Sure enough
the stock took off. How can one trader so distort this market.
It may just be that I don't understand the MM process, but I am
concerned. Lucky
