To summarize the Reg s: The "lender" recieves 500K worth of discounted shares and has to hold them for 41 days. After which the lender can trade stock as they like. This could be extremely profitable for offshore company.

To All,
I think we have to remember that CIVA is a clean shell with no ongoing busisness at this point. Whatever moves are made by CIVA only increase my optimisim that someone wants this company to succeed. My personal opinion is that the long term goal of this merger is to not necessarily buy out mom & pop tire operations but to partner with them to form a strong buying group . This way each operation can still be independent but have the strength of central buying. This is how franchise operations work. Again, I my opinion this is a long term hold and I'm going to roll the dice and stay with this one.

Thanks,
OTTO
