What's the current BGS story? What I mean is, why have the shares dropped from the $30 level down to $24, any idea?

I recall they stumbled and the price fell from around $36 to $30, but the decline from that level has surprised me. Do investors think there is another shoe to drop, sales in one of the divisions are going to collapse, or what's the general near term concern?

I would add some BGS as well, I'm just not all that familiar with the story. They acquire brands that for some reason have stalled growth or don't fit in well with the seller's future strategy, stabilize them, and milk them, and BGS a high payout ratio. That's the basic BSG story (I think), but what's the current problem?
