Kurlack is not known to have reliable estimates in the first place. He is generally known for is wild and dramatic changes in opinion. On his last downgrade of INTC, he actually nocked it 2 pegs on the ML rating scales. Forbes or Fortune, can't remember which, did a nice piece on the major anlaysts on wall street, profiling the analysts and their styles.
