I had to contact my broker (fidelity) and get put in contact with their corporate actions department before I could get my control numbers. I presume TD would have a similar department that could help.

I have not had any mail from either. Some of my coffee buddies have. It was green. Out here in the backward parts of Ont. it may take a couple more days.

gunzo, I received my green proxies from TD yesterday. They are still in the plastic wrap on the table above the garbage can. Waiting for my yellow ones which should be here today. eagleeye
