" If I was in that position I would have taken the lump sum without any regard to anyone else."

Are you implying that AE is a better man than you?

AE and the Zenyatta BOD did nothing illegal in my opinion. I agree with you. What the real question is, can he finance this project? His last attempt at raising capital failed to reach the total he wanted. Why? Does that signal that he cannot?

I believe the yellow vote can. The share price drop is the product of the uncertainty in the market. If green wins watch to drop. It may even drop if yellow wins. Once there is signs of financial support the share price will recover. How much is hard to determine. There may be some uncertainty until the next annual meetings. If a more clear indication forward emerges at that annual meeting, then the share price should recover. This is not going to change dramatically whoever wins. But if green wins............... we all lose except maybe certain parties.

As i see it, the only reason AE didn't take his compensation is that ZEN didn't have the money to pay for that. They can't do another PP, they are not even able to close the first one so the only option for the BOD(aka AE) was that kind of setlement that we have to live with....and of course, with a full salary of 225,000$. Wow!
We are broke, plain and simple.
Good for you if you think that he is doing us a favor but sorry, i don't buy it.

Cinema, "or' he could have sat down with the ZENforward team when asked and negotiated a win win situation. I believe AE miscalculated the threat and the power of the concerned team and he brushed them off thinking he had the power.

I have no problem giving him his severance however he knows potential investors will look at that severance as the first payout so their money is going out the door so to speak. Morrison will have limited ability raising funds with that new contract. AE could have deferred the severance at least until ZEN was in a position to pay him. As it looks now he could be faced with a court battle over this severance if he should lose this proxy fight.

Just my thoughts.
