Agree, could there not be an attempt to settle this prior to mid-May and end the current issues- a compromise between the two groups? If AE is owed a severance according to original documents this severance will have to be paid- no one here would accept otherwise, but payment schedules could be established. Why not sit down with current management, ask again for a pair of chairs on the BOD and offer up the suggested possible financing as the consideration for the positions. Once installed, the new BOD could push the search for an AE replacement- he would step down from his new role and ZEN would grow with new blood on the BOD, financing, a new CEO and no AE in a major position. In other words compromise, partner and move forward.

Well, CS, if you read carefully what I have written, I have been fair to Mr. AE. The CG began this move by trying to arrange a meeting with him. The BOD did not respond, and when AE did agree to meet, he arrived an hour late and gave them 15 minutes without answering and questions. Not much of an effort by most fair standards. Like you, I hoped for a fair discussion and settling differences with reasonable fairness. It has to come from both sides. It is far too late to expect anything but a vote to settle the future for Zenyatta.

AE has served Zenyatta well up until a year or so ago. Something has happened to sour his relationship with those who could finance Zenyatta. Financing is the key forward. Focus on that because Zenyatta is toast without proper financing. His last effort is an indication he cannot fulfill that vital need. A change is not only needed it is a must. Without this change the future is not very good. I think Reflection has answered your other concerns very well.

When I read your posts, you are not the old Cinema Show I knew. I think it is because you are wrestling with what is right way to vote. Most of us have gone through it and regret we find ourselves in this conundrum. I was late to move to yellow and did not post for some time. It troubled me to turn against someone who I thought has brought us to this point. But you must have financing to continue. It is obvious that those who could finance this, will not. We lost Mr. Stowe, and if the vote is not yellow, I think Mr. Richards will walk as well.

It's your call how you vote.
