>>>Kurlak (a big guy no matter what we think of him) only estimated $0.86 for Intel...so this is INCREDIBLE NEWS!!! <<<

You know what's funny??? I looked at old estimates for this quarter, prior to them being lowered, and saw the mean estimate at $1.165 per share. I love how this report is perceived as a positive surprise, especially when the earnings are lower than the same quarter last year...something that I haven't seen with INTC in many many quarters.

I'm interested to see if other Big Techs do the same...like INTC, MSFT, DELL, CPQ blah blah blah. As of now, I think we're going to be stuck in a channel with Techs until we begin to see real positive earnings growth (not fabricated postive earnings surprises). At the very least, I don't see INTC making a new high until after at least one more earnings report...JMO.

I'll be looking for INTC to rally over $80, and then I'll join Electric for the ride back down.

I exited my 440 puts late yesterday for a nice big loss. Oh well...at least it helped me find a possible adjustment that I need to make to my exiting strategy in the near future.

Talk to you later.
