"Genius'

Really?? Name calling is so unflattering.

"Do you know where was Broadcom headquarter before it was taken over by Avago and rename it to Broadcom?"

Of course, It was in Irvine!

Look, if you want to play the shell game like this, then lets keep the numbers consistent? Shall we.

I am willing to play. So Broadcom AVGO laid off 29% of the workforce from the Irvine campus (HQ before the merger was consumated, Not company wide as erroneously reported here previously).

So Qualcomm has/had about 13,000 employees in San Diego, it's Headquarters.

They just laid off over 1,231 employees FROM SAN DIEGO (HQ of Qualcomm).

So that is a roughly a 10% cut in head count at the Headquarters without the $82 a share.

So Qualcomm is up 2,600 employees from the highly speculative, Monsters in the Closet, Hock Tan "Scorched Earth" numbers, and you are down $30 a share in effective value.

And so it goes,
