DB 16:23 [INTC] INTEL SEES Q1 GROSS MARGINS DOWN A FEW POINTS FROM Q4'S 59%.
DB 16:22 [INTC] INTEL SEES 'FLAT' REVS IN Q1.

That's pretty much a standard warning from Intel, at least for the last few quarters now. I think they do that on purpose, just to keep expectations realistic.
