I believe the number of scams in low priced stocks is what creates the opportunity for those who have the financial acumen to sort thru the info and come to sensible conclusions. Many people, having been burnt, no longer look at low priced stocks. Institutions need more liquidity than they can offer. Traders run up against the large spreads. That is why I will occasionally take a position in a low priced issue. Max's ratings are of little value. I have read his booklet and his ideas are not well thought out and many are downright silly. That being said, he does provide ideas to investigate and some much needed comedy relief. I agree he has his subscribers to help along and fulfill his prophesies.
