Engage your brain for a change. You posted a claim about what the CBO projection was going forward and you claimed it showed a trend for one but not the other. Actually you claimed it show a trend for BOTH: flat for one and going way up for the other. Now you are weaseling around claiming, what, its to short a time to actually show a trend, or that its wiggled around in the past, yada yada. Make up your mind, does the CBO actually claim a trend going forward or not. Then show why it applies to one, but not the other.
