BS, I ran a line through the period under discussion. The discussion wasn't about the entire period of the chart, other than the entire period was used to determine the two "baselines". The claim in your original post was about what will happen per the CBO PROJECTIONS vs the baselines. You claimed that showed that one item (spending) was going to trend ever upwards compared to its baseline, while revenue was going to remain around its baseline. I simply showed that using the CBO projections, that claim is BS. You are now arguing that the CBO projections can't show a trend for whatever reason strikes your fancy. Fine, but then retract your initial claims. I've shown your initial claim was BS.
