UIFC - follow up. If I read the call report correctly then the book value is currently ~ $2.96 per share. First quarter earnings were $876,000 which (if I'm correct on the share count at 13,549,920) is ~ .063 per share. I view the stock as a bit undervalued. I would guesstimate its buyout value at around $5.00+ per share. That said, I see some small regional banks trading at 2X book. I own one poorly performing one that is trading at 1.5X book and LOSING MONEY. No plans to add more at this time but content to hold.
