If we want to look at healthcare we know the US is falling fast and we know republicans haven't done anything to fix it. They tell us capitalism always works and yet capitalism gave us insurance companies that denied basic care or insurance because a person was sick (pre-existing conditions) and they took insurance away after they became sick. How can anyone say that's efficient? I'm suggesting that most, if not all of our problems exist because we have republicans. They can't govern. and haven't governed in decades.
