<<<<<entitled to subsidies for that health insurance makes it an entitlement>>>>

You seem to be completely hung up on the word entitlement. If those getting subsidies are paying a portion of the cost of health care that they would otherwise get at the emergency room for free - because they have so little money - isn't that a move in the right direction? Especially if they get some prevented care?

Let me ask you this; without subsidized health care if people are held responsible for the entire cost of their care and the cost is such that they would never be able to pay their bill, do you think that is morally right? Is it right people are completely devastated by the cost of their bills for care? ..............If environmental pollution causes children to have issues with asthma and/or allergies or maybe cancers or even autism who should pay that cost of care - since you seem to think they should not get an "entitlement"?
