OT Mason, I do not ask for nor do I require the services of others to do my "homework." However, sometimes on the threads you come accross someone who has contradicting information from what you may see at WSRN or various other informational sites; this was why I asked you specifically a question regarding IPEC's debt. From the tone of your post, it sounds as if I put you out in asking for your help. Do not worry, I will not address any questions to you in the future. BTW, in one of my previous posts I had stated I probably would not be investing $$ at this time and hence I was in no rush to gather the necessary data. I am sorry for any inconvenience. BK
