Very well done Glorieux. An accurate description of where we are, how we got here and what steps we need to take to save OUR company! Kudos. Awaiting my yellow paperwork, but you can count on 200,000 from my family.

we've gotten more third party coverage in the past two months than we have had in years.

My gut has spoken. I'm very disappointed in the SP and the lack of communication from the current BOD and progress on moving this resource forward in a productive manner for all shareholders. I always struggled to understand why it seemed so difficult to monetize this valuable resource. It's time for change. You can add my 85k to the yellow team. I have yet to receive my yellow proxy...

"Eveleigh did not respond to a request for a comment or interview." - From the Sudbury Mining Journal:

Everything we get (or don't get) from AE reinforces the previous inactivity. He dismisses every opportunity he gets to provide public accountability.

Those who are still sitting on the fence:

1. He has not brought us anywhere close to a sealed deal in 5 years.
2. He hasn't followed through on key promises and/or timelines.
3. His ability to raise funds has dried up and we are running on fumes. The few fumes left are prioritized towards his salary and potential severance.
4. He doesn't give a rat's ass for me or my position in Zen. If he did he'd talk to me, be open to possibilities, consider alternative plans, keep promises ....

I'm not anti-AE - I've said on record more times than I can recall that I would support anyone who could bring this project to positive fruition. If AE can do that, well I've been all ears for 5 years now.

And ... none of the 3-4 people closest to the core of opposing Aubrey have said they are after his head or want him fully out of the picture. He remains on the board, he is probably the largest single shareholder, and if we get rich, he gets sooo much richer! Contrary to his own actions (dismissal of us) I've read on several occasions over the last year Glorieux's willingness to get AE to a table and talk ... to hash this out and resolve it in the interests of shareholders. Call a spade a spade --- the dissident group represents inclusion and the traditional group is all about exclusion.
