You can’t be self sufficient, when others control the IP. Your assertion that regulators want to buy Toshiba’s share is just plain nonsense. Is not for sale to them, and they know it. Anyone who doesn’t understand that is just plain ignorant.

No question about it. China has a roadmap that is intent on world domination and if anyone thinks that sounds melodramatic, do a little research. Made in China by 2025 is definitely 'a thing'. And, technological domination is the centerpiece of the initiative.
