Optical-technology stocks are having a second really bad week after the U.S. Department of Justice opened a criminal investigation into China’s privately held Huawei, which buys parts from the optical companies. While the component maker shares crashed, some analysts see potential benefit for the two optical-systems makers that compete most closely with Huawei, Ciena (CIEN) and Infinera (INFN).

Also didn't INFN shut down some facilities in the restructuring / cost cutting / streamlining moves?- Does anyone remember where those R&D facilities were located? (I thought they might have been in China)
