Good Evening, Mr. Pakstas and all. After reviewing your post, we would respectfully
wish to add to your list of good companies trading under .50.

King Communications is a company with $16,000,000 in revenue for fiscal '97,
specializes in mobile data communications, has won several International Awards
including Australian company of the year and is now on schedule to hit their target of
$35,000,000 in revenues for fiscal 1998 (July '97 - June '98). Unfortunately, this
company went public in the spring and concurrently with the commencement of the
VSE downward sprial. We have prepared a comprehensive report and it is posted in
the King Communications Forum here at SI.

We invite you all to review our report, which will illustrate this company is anything but
typical VSE. Their alliances are with major multi-nationals and they have already sold
equipment at the US Federal level. We will save the details for your review of our
report but it is equipment in use everyday by various federal, state and local agencies
(thus, no "magic invention") and they are one of the few companies in the world that
offer it. In fact, they are one of the few companies asked to provide bids on a
multi-billion dollar federal tender, which closes in mid-January of 1998. We expect to
see KCI win their fair share of the tender. An earnings generating, award-winning and
multi-national company is very rare to find at these levels and we believe you will all be
happy that you at least took a look at our report.

Please tell us what you think.

For our part, Agora Internet Relations Corp. is a company specializing in aiding public
companies with Internet communications. We do not promote companies covered, we
only market them for the purposes of raising the awareness of the Internet investment
community. No "hot stock of the day", which is common amongst many Internet firms.

In fact, we don't think KCI will provide the quick "bounce" type of investment that
many of you specialize in here but we do believe it provides one of the better < .50
opportunities available over the next 3-6 months, while still providing capital
preservation due to strong earnings. KCI currently trades at .39 on very low volume.

We look forward to reading your opinion, as well as the opinion of others, regarding
King Communciations International.

Regards,
Agora Internet Relations Corp.
