I think the liberals have good hearts, but they are hopeless with mathematics and economics. It's like that portion of their brain was cauterized upon conversion to the Democratic Party. Did you see Bernie's latest scheme? Good Lord, he's pushing for full fledged Socialism and the liberals love it. Is this an unstoppable force? I fear it is. The liberals outnumber us by a large margin when you get to the younger generations. Maybe the Millennials will mellow out as they gain their own wealth from their hard work and savings discipline. Until then, they have their hand out like every other DNC created victim group in the US. Victimhood is the new culture among Americans. Everyone's a victim. Psychiatrists would tell you this is extremely unhealthy.
