The likelihood of an impeachment is extremely low. The likelihood of a finding against Trump is even lower unless they can find some evidence. The fact that Dems have now resorted to a civil action suggests they have nothing at all and that they are scrambling to figure a way to keep it going.

But it is important to remember that an impeachment conviction requires that there has been an abuse of the power of the office.

I think the odds are tiny.
