None of which he could be rightly charged with. And that’s the problem. You are construing the phrase “high crimes and misdemeanors” improperly. It it critical that you understand the context: Three separate but co equal branches. Not a Congress that could remove a president it doesn’t like. The phrase was adopted from the Brits and dated back centuries, had been used many times for impeachments. The common thread was abuse of power.

Abuse of power. It has to be there. And whatever you don’t like about hi, does not constitute HIS abuse of power.
