one word of caution... bios can and will raise whenever possible lol. The ceo of rvnc said in an interview with cramer that bios almost always need more money.. just part of it I suppose. The rewards can still be pretty amazing nonetheless.

One good indicator in bios is how the market reacts after a raise.. some stocks react a bit stronger than you'd expect, usually a good sign I've found.

I'm currently holding FGEN, GBT, RVNC, ESPR.. all are roughly 3% positions for me.

There are some good resources out there if you're interested to learn more.. some good forums as well.
