If you don't see some of Trump in more than one item this list, you're willfully blind:

The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct peculiar to officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, and refusal to obey a lawful order.

But it is clearly a politically motivated attack on the president...Remember, the entire premise was that Trump had committed wrongdoing.

If one starts with that framework, I guess I can see why one might see a witch hunt. The problem is that the framework is a figment. The investigation started with Russia's interference in the election. Trump's narcissism made it all about him given that everything is all about him. And fake news and our polarized dynamics produced a cult that has apparently bought that narrative.

Thus the administration continues to ignore the threat of interference despite its prime responsibility for national security. How screwed up is that!

Maybe screwed up enough to qualify as a high crime and misdemeanor...
