Megyn Kelly sealed her fate that awful night when she hosted the Republican debate (I think it was the first one).

I'll never forget the pre-orgasmic look on her face as she zeroed in on Donald Trump with her vicious questions.

It was totally clear that she thought she would be the one that would dispatch him right away - and take him out.
