I’ve seen no evidence Russia did anything of substance to interfere.

They apparently hacked Democratic party systems. That's a crime but not Trump's crime. Also it isn't "hacking the election" as some had called it. It didn't edit election results or anything like that.

They also apparently produced ads and other content about the election, trying to distort and confuse things and inflame both sides. That could be interpreted as a technical violation of campaign finance law either as a foreign contribution or a non-reported contribution. Personally I just see it as propaganda. I don't think putting out messages and ideas, even deliberately false or exaggerated messages and ideas, should be considered a crime. As for the foreign angle well its not like the US government (and also US individuals and non-governmental organizations) has not tried to influence foreign elections.

Also the spend on ads and non ad content was apparently very small compared to that of the presidential candidates campaigns or the spending by the big 2 parties.

Meanwhile, DNC is paying people to attend Trump rallies and incite violence. And you don’t even mention it.

Why would I mention that in a post about impeachment criteria and witch hunts? I didn't mention the death of the last male northern white rhino, either.

Russia's alleged interference.

Indeed, alleged. Sorry about that. Of course, the investigation was started to find out if and how it happened. That's why we do investigations--to find out. And that's why the investigation is not a witch hunt against Trump.

I’ve seen no evidence...
What we know is that ...

Yet again, if you don't know if there is evidence, it doesn't exist. Sigh. We've been over this. You know, there's a fancy term for one way to frame that--Solipsism. Another frame might be a narcissistic cult. Another is confirmation bias. Another might be stupidity, except that I know you aren't stupid. The others, not so much.
