I believe that I said that TSMC's .25um process is designed for 2.5V ... I
didn't say anything about NSM's .25um process. As I have posted on the AMD
thread, it is very important for performance to come in at 1.8V (no higher
than 2.0V) for a .25um process to have performance comparable to Intel.
