NK may ask for a peace treaty - and for the removal of US troops.

They can get that and the removal of sanctions. Let Japan and SK provide investment. Timing is what is important. Who goes first.

The money Iran got back was in a fund designated to go to families of victims of Iranian-linked terrorism who had won court cases against Iran. The judgments were being appealed by Iran at the time Obama decided to give Iran that money.
