Kim wants to live, I can't see him giving up his nukes. This will be very interesting to watch. How does he marginally modernize his economy without bringing on a wave of change where he ends up like Gadaffi..

Kim wants a denuclearized peninsula. It's want NK wanted since the Korean War. Getting the US to pull its nukes out of SK is an absolute and unequivocal goal. Once he achieves this he'll be a hero.
