Trump is clearly guilty of 'high cirmes and misdemeanors' as defined here:... I think that one part of the discussion disconnect is that inode considers the term to mean prosecutable criminal acts rather than the above lower standard. Another part is his bromance with Trump where Trump can do no wrong. Put those two together and you get the notion that absolutely nothing happened. A third part of the discussion disconnect is the distinction between the the crime cited in the original inquiry, the collusion thing, vs all the other acts that have come to light in pursuit of investigating the original matter. Sometimes in discussions it's not clear which acts are being referenced. It is perfectly clear to me that Trump has done a bunch of things that qualify by the standard you posted. If Congress were so inclined, it would have plenty to work with. WRT the original inquiry crime, who knows. I sure don't. Neither does he.
