Kris IRC is internet relay channel. You can download it from any shareware URL. Once downloaded you log on and go to any one of 1000's of chat groups. I know one channel for stocks is #joespicks but there are others. I am sure people here know other channels TORO

Kris---Irc is a real-time chat feature that is controlled through a network of servers all over the world. you can download software to handle it. I don't have the download sites handy at the moment, but be aware that the irc channels have a life and language of their own, and unless you familiarize yourself with these things, it can be very confusing.
