The video you posted as a collection of Russian dashcam videos.

Drivers in Russia are even worse than the roads they drive on and the police are corrupt, which is why most drivers have dashcams to prove their innocence when they're involved in an accident.

Those who drive flash cars in Russia are all part of Putin's criminal mafia which controls the country so they typically drive as if laws don't apply to them - because they usually don't.

But violating the laws of physics imposes its own penalties.

Russian society is an incredibly brutish and primitive culture, but rather than improve their conditions they focus on trying to disrupt western societies.

You see the same thing in Mexico City where the wealthiest 1% of the population demand that their chauffeurs drive down planted medians and pedestrian sidewalks to avoid traffic jams. The police normally dare not interfere with the actions of the nation's billionaires, but if they are stopped and their driver is cited for breaking traffic laws there are plenty of replacement drivers to choose from.

Mexico City is the place where one wealthy resident beat the desk receptionist at his condo with a tire iron. Why? Because the receptionist refused to change the wealthy residents flat tire on his car, so he lost most of his teeth and was badly disfigure in the beating.

In a court decision which shocked Mexican residents, a court actually forced the wealthy resident to pay for the man's extensive medical care, though as expected no other charges were filed against the wealthy animal.
