Jeff, I am gladdened to see you write this. Yes, the company is the issue and they have quite a bit of explaining to do. Now about that Reg S they did in September, 1996. I suspect that there may lie one of the keys to whether this stock ever trades again. Were the subscribers US citizens living in the Bahamas??
