Press Release EMR TOÿ SHOWCASE TECHNOLOGYÿ ATÿ RANDOLÿ FORUM Fredericton, NB 26 January 1998 - - - EMR Microwave Technology Corporation ("EMR") (EMW-ASE) will unveil engineering and economic breakthroughs in two papers to be presented at the 1998 Randol Gold and Silver Forum in Denver, CO, April 26-29 1998. "Design and Operation of a Microwave Pilot Plant For Calcining Refractory Gold Ores and Concentrates" describes EMR's Pilot Plant and will discuss the engineering and operational aspects of this facility particularly highlighting the experience with refractory gold concentrate and showing the potential for application to a wide range of other ore types. "Microwave Treatment - Economic Sense"ÿ will present for the first time EMR's project plant capital and operating costs for various plant sizes up to several hundred tons per day capacity.
