Again, you have things all figured out, but no source to back anything up. I'm pretty sure the chief never said anything about taking over for BD, either on TCC, here, or especially to you. So citing a source that has provided no info is lame at best. This latest NR is nice. I'm not seeing it in quite the same light as you are, but you can always be counted on to place anything connected to BD in an exalted space. The investing world will react to nothing before the permit issue is cleared up, no matter how good a spin you put on things.
