Jim, I have probably told you before that I live in South Carolina. The 3 main areas of growth in this state are: 1) The upper state Greenville-Spartanburg area with new BMW plant and spillover development from the Atlanta-Charlotte corridor. 2) Myrtle Beach - Development of hotels, country music entertainment is very large here. 20 miles from Georgetown,SC. 3) Charleston - As a result of Spoletto Arts Festival exposure, movie industry. 70 miles from Georgetown, SC. Nucor has several plants in the area. Berkeley, Darlington, Florence. These 3 plants are within 70 miles of one another with Berkeley being the biggie. stephen
