Seattle has a 10 year plan to end homelessness. It is just ending and the result is greater homelessness. Instead of teaching the people "how to fish" and to build temporary housing for them (more beds) they chose to build permanent housing...an idiotic, wasteful, unsuccessful result that was sure to happen.
