Jon, Isn't it something that you have to show full dilution when you report a profit but not when you have a loss.

Vaguely remember that from the past.

Fully diluted is the same as undiluted because the company is reporting a loss.

The accounting rule, as I understand it, says that dilution must be taken into account if it reduces eps by some percentage. Since there is a loss, dilution does not have to be reported.
