I know Fox charges a lot more to providers who distribute it than CNN does and they used to require them to put up their business channel, too. But with all the changes going on in content distribution, it'll be interesting to see how that shakes out. CNN may find itself getting further marginalized if they don't pick it up on the content end of things. A few years ago someone said CNN had changed to being a kind of mix of Discovery channel and news and I think that was right. But then Trump came along and they decided they could make a market in bashing him and false reporting so they quickly changed their line of business. They could get squeezed out between Fox & MSNBC, I don't know.
