FactCzecher, I've been plenty liberal in letting people speak their mind. I've only taken action when the repeated allegations of you being Larry Hoover simply did not stop after SIRon confirmed you were not. I gave plenty of warnings ........... to no avail for those who just couldn't refrain. In this case ........... it isn't about criticizing management ........... Clinteroo does that plenty yet I have not banned him nor did I ban Chief on that basis as evidenced by him posting right up until today (by the way, Chief banned me more than once during his moderator days) .............. it was the attacks on management coupled to outlandish insinuation that I was Duncan that takes it across the line. The guy didn't do it just once ......... he kept on doing it. Enough is enough. The guy can go take his issues up directly with Duncan ............ he can no longer make those allegations here ......... and voila ........... the platform to attack on that basis is no longer accessible to him.
