Stitch, couldn't have agreed with you more. Of all the reforms China has undertaken todate, I think freeing the Public enterprises from the shackles of the government bureaucracy,is the boldest,argueably the most difficult and at the end of the day most rewarding. I wish them well and I hope they succeed.

Am I right that this would imply large declines in the price of
flat panels, which would imply nearly as large declines in laptop
prices?
