I am not arguing against a collective unconscious, in fact I agree the synergy of the human species going forward made democracy probable at some point and modern technology for that matter.

I believe in cultural and technological evolution.

In fact the first big step that made all the following possible was simply settling down so we could think and invent and share knowledge..

But still, knowing, has to precede doing, by simple logic :)>

Ideas mean nothing until they are acted upon, implemented. So, as you so often are, you're just wrong.

I've studied the history of ideas, and they usually arise at the same time, had by many people. The people that get remembered are the ones that made something of them.

This has me somewhat believing in the collective unconscious.
