Intent to cause harm or intending to bring about well being (to self or other) lies at the heart of each item we could list under the Alpha umbrella. We could construct lists till the cows come home; however, I don't see a problem with my current list. If you can pose a specific question/challenge to one of the items, I will do my best to deal with the question.
